Gratitude fills our hearts as we reflect on the kindness and generosity we’ve received over the past few months. To our long-time sponsors and donors, thank you for standing with us through every season. Your continued support has been a steady source of strength for our children especially during these very challenging times.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to those who recently visited us and shared their blessings, whether through financial support or essential items like food, hygiene supplies, and kitchen ingredients. Every contribution, no matter the size, truly makes a difference in the lives of our kids.
A special thank you to Berwick and his wife, who have supported us in many thoughtful ways. Recently, through Berwick’s connection, we were blessed to receive laptops donated through the Omokoroa and Katikati Rotary Clubs. We are especially grateful to John Buchanan, who generously volunteered his time to prepare and set up the computers for our children. Beyond that, Berwick has also been helping some of our kids—Michael, Malee, and Dalin—by installing essential software like Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
In today’s world, where technology plays such a big role in education, these laptops are more than just devices, they are opportunities. Because of this kindness, our children are better equipped to learn, grow, and keep up with modern education. Thank you so much, John, and everyone involved.
We are also deeply thankful to Elandi and her husband for their generous donation of hand sanitizers. They reached out during the Christmas season, simply wanting to share what they could—and their kindness came at just the right time when we needed it most.
Our sincere appreciation also goes to our local government for visiting us last February and providing essential supplies, hygiene kits, and financial support.
And just this week, we were grateful to welcome Mr. Alec Tan Waisheng, Weng Yu, and their colleagues. Though their initiative was personal (not company-related), their impact is significant, providing essentials that will support our needs for the coming months. We are truly thankful and look forward to building a meaningful relationship for the benefit of our children.
